He is patient and explained the possible reasons for the infection. His administered an injection considering that I have a severe discomfort in swallowing.(Difficult with tabs).
I felt better by the evening! Kudos doc.

Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue
The doctor explain problem with good explanation. I don't have any problem with the doctor, but receptionist were provided not good service. I came to clinic from outside with spent 400 rs. on transport. Doctor prescribes some medication which available only in their pharmacy (I got to know after coming to the home). We have a company scheme (10% discount on medication at Apollo pharmacy), so I told to the receptionist that I will collect medication from Apollo pharmacy and he agreed with that. As this medication not available in pharmacy, I called the hospital. Initially they are not receiving phone, after continuous calling finally they pickup call. Initially I requested to give call to the doctor but they was not ready then I requested to them to give a generic medication name which easily available in the local pharmacy but again they was not ready to tell the name. They were saying you have again came clinic (again 400 Rs. on transport) and take medication from there pharmacy. The medication they were prescribed very costly. If medication not available in local pharmacy then its receptionist responsibility conveys to the patient. Dissatisfied with the service they were provided.

**** *** **** ****** ***** **** **** *** ***** * ****** ****** He put IV for my father as he have fever I observed the flow from the bottle is very high with in few minutes my father started shaking violently telling he is feeling very cold *** *** ****** ** ******** ***** **** * ******* when I asked doctor what is wrong he says he will ok but he doesn't have any answer when I raised my voice and ask him what is happening he asks me the same questions that I ask him mean while *** ******* ****** *** **** ** ** *** **** *** didn't come back I immediately took my father to another hospital during all this my father is shaking violently feeling very cold I immediately decided to take my father to other hospital and you know THIS HOSPITAL DON'T EVEN HAVE A WHEEL CHAIR TO TAKE THE PATIENT DOWN STAIRS my father shaking slowly walked his way down with two people holding him I took to other hospital asap to emergency ward *** **** ******* ** ******** ***** ******** **** **** *********** **** *** ****** ****** ** **** *********** ** *** **** ***** ****** ** ***** ********* ***** *** ** ** **** *** ***** ****** Never ever go to this hospital ****** ** **** *** ***** ******** *** *******

Doctor is very gentle,humble and calm,listens everything and understand issue as he gives enough time,most important he explains issue and cure for it.
Believe me I never saw such a nice person, I am happy and all my ear issues got resolved. last but not the least very limited medicine if needed.

He hardly took 5 min and get CT scan and wrote 5 days medicine. Not happy with overall process. I simply took that medicine and not go that area again.

Doctor Friendly. But medicines cost is too high please rectify this problem then other's doesn't have same issue
My wife was having severe ear pain , doctor listened to us carefully and addressed the issue.
